The Fireye®
MicroM™ Series Flame Safeguard Control is a compact,
microprocessor based, modular burner management system that
replaces the 'MC' Series and is designed to provide automatic
ignition and continuous flame monitoring for commercial and
process equipment that use gas and/or light oil fuels. Interchangeable
programmer and amplifier modules allow for complete versatility in
selection and control function, timing and flame scanning means.
Features include:
-Microprocessor Based Controller
-SMART Diagnostic LED's
-Optional Plug-in Display (ED510)
-MODBUS Communications
-Expanded Amplifier Selection
-Remote Reset
-History Retention: Lockout; Burner Cycles; Hours of Operation
-Completely upgrades the old TFM Series without re-wiring
A complete MicroM System
includes the appropriate flame detector, plug-in amplifier,
programmer module, standard chassis and wiring base. The part
numbers for each module are the same as in the MC Series with an
additional "E". For example: The old MC120 chassis is now a
MEC120, the MP230 programmer module is now a MEP230, and the MAUV1
UV amplifier is now a MEUV1.

The A419 Series
control by Johnson Controls is a line voltage, single-stage,
electronic temperature control with a Single-Pole, Double-Throw (SPDT)
output relay. It features a keypad for programming, and an LCD for
viewing temperature and the status of other functions. A front
panel LED indicates relay status.
The A419 has heating or
cooling modes of operation with adjustable setpoint and
differential, a lockable keypad, adjustable anti-short cycle
delay, and binary input for temperature offset. The A419 combines
remote sensing capability and interchangeable sensors with
electronic accuracy in a NEMA 1 high-impact plastic enclosure
suitable for surface or din-rail mounting.
Features and Benefits
Easy to Read LCD Display
Displays temperature and other function status. Custom icons
indicate system status at a glance. Digital display allows precise
setpoint setting.
Front Panel Keypad with
Lock Allows the user to quickly change setpoint, differential,
and other functions. Concealed jumper deters unauthorized changes
to control settings.
Offset Function
Allows the user to shift the setpoint by an adjustable amount
based on the status of an external switch, such as a time clock.
Interchangeable
Temperature Sensors and Mounting Accessories Allows
flexibility in application; increases versatility and
serviceability, and allows cable lengths up to 800 feet.
Wide Adjustable
Differential
1 to 30 F° or C° Enables the user to optimize system
performance for a given application; allows a tighter differential
than typical electromechanical controls (1F° or C°).
Field-selectable Mode
Jumpers Enables the user to select either Heating or Cooling
mode and whether cut-in or cut-out occurs at setpoint.
Sensor Failure Indication
Allows the user to determine how rapidly the control can cycle the
load off and on.
Anti-short Cycle Time
Delay Allows the user to determine how rapidly the control can
cycle the load off and on.
